Summit Solutions ("Morning News Brief," "we," or "us") is the owner and operator of (i) the Site (as such term is defined in the Terms of Service for the Site); (ii) the Morning News Brief Mobile Application (the “App”); and (iii) the Platform (as defined in the Terms of Use for the Platform), and is the provider of the Services. Morning News Brief respects your privacy, and this privacy policy (the "Policy") elucidates how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you access the Site, the App, and the Platform, use the Services, purchase or obtain other products or services from us, or otherwise engage or interact with us, be it in person or electronically. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Policy are construed as per their definition in the relevant Terms of Service or Terms of Use. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, THE APP, THE PLATFORM, UTILIZING ANY OF THE SERVICES, AND/OR REGISTERING WITH US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY, INCLUDING OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND/OR TERMS OF USE, AS APPLICABLE, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

Personal Information

Morning News Brief may request some or all of the following types of information that may be identifiable to you when you register for our App, the Platform, or other Services, access various content or features, directly contact the Site, or engage or interact with us in any form: (i) contact details, such as your email address and name; (ii) your age; and (iii) information needed to authenticate yourself or your account if, at our sole discretion, we believe you might be breaching site policies or for other reasons we consider necessary (collectively "Personal Information"). We do not gather any Personal Information from you when you use the Site, the App, Platform, or Services unless you willingly provide it. You bear the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all Personal Information you provide to Morning News Brief.

Additionally, we gather and store the Personal Information you willingly provide when registering with us or when uploading or posting User Content through the Site, the App, or Services. If you are logged into your Tumblr, Twitter, or Facebook account and you "like" or "comment" on Morning News Brief Content (for instance, articles on our blog) or other User Content, your Tumblr, Twitter, or Facebook username will be visible to the public. You acknowledge that your username, likes, feedback, and any related comments can become public information. We, therefore, recommend exercising discretion when choosing to share any Personal Information on the Site, the App, or via the Services.

Moreover, should you opt to purchase or subscribe to the App or a feature or Services of Morning News Brief that comes with a Fee, you will need to furnish us with your billing details, which include but are not limited to bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, account specifics, ACH data, and other related information (collectively, "Billing Information").

Morning News Brief may gather additional data you voluntarily provide to us through the Platform or when you engage or interact with us in any capacity, such as household income range, personal interests, and any of your preferences for products or services (“Other Information”).

By supplying your Billing Information, you consent to its use by the third-party provider to process your payments to us.
• Some of Morning News Brief's program participants, bound by confidentiality agreements, especially if it relates to investigations of fraud, intellectual property violations, piracy, or other illegal activities.

No Spam or Spyware

Spam is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service at Morning News Brief. Should you encounter any incidents of spamming or unauthorized communications from other users, kindly report to us at founders@writerscafes.com. We reserve the right to investigate such matters and take appropriate action.

Account Protection

We prioritize the protection of your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, Internet transmissions and data storage methods cannot guarantee 100% security. Morning News Brief cannot ensure the safety of your transmitted information or vouch for the infallibility of user data storage on our platforms against breaches. Especially, emails sent to us might not be secure. Hence, exercise caution regarding what information you send via email.

Our platforms are hosted on servers in the United States. If you're accessing from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

Email Communications

We might send you Morning News Brief’ updates and promotional emails. The emails we send can track your interactions with them. When you email us or provide feedback, we collect your email and its content.

If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, follow the provided unsubscribe link or contact us at founders@writerscafes.com. However, transactional emails related to your account can't be opted out of.

Third Parties

This policy primarily concerns the information we collect from you. For information you share with third parties on our platforms or elsewhere online, different privacy practices might apply. We don't control third-party privacy policies and aren't responsible for data we don't collect. Always be cautious when sharing information.

NOTE: Instructors or experts on our platform are independent third parties, not Morning News Brief employees. Therefore, we can't control the l information you willingly share with them.

Children

Children's privacy is vital. Morning News Brief doesn't knowingly gather information from those below 13 years old. Parents and guardians should monitor their children's online activities. Should you suspect a child under 13 has shared personal data with us, please get in touch, and we'll aim to remove it.

We can modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our site, so regular checks are recommended. Information collected will always be managed by the policy in effect at that time.
